Bought a new Bronco in June. Malfunctioning instrumentation panel in front of steering wheel. They cannot fix it. I am not sure what to do with this vehicle.
Owen and Todd made the visit and decision quite relaxing. Owens very manner made it calmer to assess the features of the truck. Allowing me to test drive by myself first gave me a vote of confidence for the dealership. For Owen being a 4-month-plus employee, he displayed the qualities that I admired. My reservation to see the Ranger and communication regarding it was spot on. I bought many vehicles from my brother who is a small dealer, but By approaching this one, I did not feel any tension. Five stars for Owen and the guys.
Have had a rough experience with our van. The service dept. had it in for over 6 months diagnosing, re-diagnosing, and replacing parts without any real certainty of the issue. Needless to say, after finally getting it back, the very same issues we experienced at the beginning of our endeavor are back. Extremely frustrating, more days, and thousands more dollars wasted. Collin has been transparent and professional, but unfortunately unable to truly fix our issue.

John is a super nice guy and has always treated me with professionalism and kindness. He is very thorough and makes sure everything I need is always taken care of. His work ethic is superb and is dedicated to his employer and more so to his customers. You could not ask for a better service manager. He has partially retired and is working two days a week and I am happy for him as he deserves the break. I do not take my vehicles anywhere else that to John Barney and his staff.
Collin always takes really good care of my and my vehicles. He is a super nice guy, very friendly, professional yet kind and considerate. He knows how to treat people and has a lot of repeat customers solely because of his great personality and the incredible job he does so well. 5 stars, actually 10 stars if that were the rating. Excellent at what he does and Ferrando Ford World is lucky to have him.
Had a TPMS sensor go bad and I went there and they took me right in to fix the problem. Great staff and service.

They had the loaned car ready for me when I arrived. They did the state inspection and recalled within a short time. I was able to pick up my car later that day. They did a car wash for me.
When making appointment for inspection also asked if the recent recall repair for sunroof could be donr and was told yes, they had the parts. Dropped off car and was told the recall would be done. Received call early afternoon that the recall wasn't fixed. They didn't have the parts.
It was fast and easy dropped my car off picked it up in about 3 hours

Came in to get a state inspection. Needed a mirror light to pass. Installed it ($350 later) - I got home and looked at it and it doesn’t work. Called right away and they can't get me in to fix it for 10 days. Unacceptable!
Our Ford Transit passenger van broke down 9 hours from home and Bob Ferrando Ford was able to squeeze us in for two appointments with no notice, getting us back on the road within days. We are grateful that we not only bought the van from Bob Ferrando Ford at a good price but also that we were near them when we needed service. Happy customer. Will continue to use them for purchase and service whenever possible. Kudos to everyone at the shop - all you folks have dedicated customer service-driven attitudes.
I needed a part replaced and it was going to be over 500 dollars but when he got into it, the expensive part didn't need replaced, I appreciated the honesty and it cost me only 129 dollars so that was great.

I stayed at the dealership to wait for my car and Arlen checked on me 3 times to see if I needed anything. He offered me a rental car which I did not need but the offer was appreciated. The mechanic, Ed Curtis also checked on me and gave me details on the problem with my car.
