We noticed a large scratch on front bumper upon pickup after state inspection service. Notified manager immediately, said he would get back in touch in next two days , never did. Called the next week twice and finally notified me he had video footage that it did not happen there and would email video to me, never did. Not good management.

The whole transaction was really easy. Super good people there! I didn’t really get the financing I had hoped for because of the age and mileage on the truck but it wasn’t really the dealer’s fault. I was missing a bolt on the steering stabilizer after it was replaced under a recall. I had a coolant leak I found after it was dripping from the frame rail and created a puddle. I believe that anything that needed to be fixed would have been done. I was disappointed that the high mileage was not mentioned, that there were 3 previous owners, and that there is no remote control. I'm hoping that management will install the remote control. I have a coat and gloves but the dogs have to get into a very cold car. I think that it should have been included for the price of $13,000

I drove a few hours to buy a truck here. Sales guy was constantly in and out talking to his manager and did not interface with me a whole lot other than when I would ask questions. The finance guy was great. I asked if they would fill the truck up before I left being I had to drive a few hours home and I was told yes they would. Go to leave and it’s not filled. Not happy with this visit. Mechanic broke a suspension part while working on my car. Then they made me pay for his mistake. That’s unheard of. I didn’t break the part, they did. Why did I have to pay for it?

Colin did a great job handling my repair and keeping me informed. When the job was compete he even walked me through what had been done and showed me the faulty part.

Friendly dealership, got me right in with no issues! I love the ability to schedule with the app, the only issue I have is I asked for a price on an item and I never received the price! I felt like the service tech it whoever the guy was didn't even want to be there or assist anyone since it was a weekend!
