Came in to get a state inspection. Needed a mirror light to pass. Installed it ($350 later) - I got home and looked at it and it doesn’t work. Called right away and they can't get me in to fix it for 10 days. Unacceptable!
Our Ford Transit passenger van broke down 9 hours from home and Bob Ferrando Ford was able to squeeze us in for two appointments with no notice, getting us back on the road within days. We are grateful that we not only bought the van from Bob Ferrando Ford at a good price but also that we were near them when we needed service. Happy customer. I needed a part replaced and it was going to be over 500 dollars but when he got into it, the expensive part didn't need replaced, I appreciated the honesty and it cost me only 129 dollars so that was great.

I stayed at the dealership to wait for my car and Arlen checked on me 3 times to see if I needed anything. He offered me a rental car which I did not need but the offer was appreciated. The mechanic, Ed Curtis also checked on me and gave me details on the problem with my car.

The gentleman that did the paperwork to complete the sale came across as if he was talking down to us. That does not match what I think of as good customer service practices.

Pretty straightforward experience. The used vehicle isn't cleaned very well. It looks decent at first glance but it's pretty scummy in a lot of the inconspicuous areas.

After I purchased my vehicle I went to my brother's. He noticed immediately that the engine bay was covered in oil and the hood latch was broken. I took it back the next day. They denied the oil leak saying they would have never inspected it if there was truly an oil leak. They fixed the hood latch. I took it to my mechanic which took 2 weeks to get it and they found the oil leak. I took it back to Ford and was told I had a 50/50 warranty for 30 days. So I had to pay 1/2 the price. I ...
