John Barney runs his service department like a fine oiled machine. When I have an issue, as soon as I arrive at my appointment time, they take my car and immediately begin working on it. John keeps his customers informed of their repairs, etc., and recently put me into new tires and a four wheel alignment that I desperately needed. They completed the work in shorter time than I thought, and the bill was less than I imagined. The people at this car dealership are always helpful and friendly.....even if there is no sale involved.

They fixed the issues even tho it had to go back a month later due to the same issues. The only thing I'm not happy about is that they broke the Joker that hangs from the mirror. Didn't say anything and we found the broken pieces on the floor

Overall, my experience was not horrible. The salesman was friendly, energetic, fairly knowledgeable and willing to find out information that he didn’t know. They were able to get me into a vehicle that I wanted. Unfortunately, after signing the papers, upon delivery of my Bronco and them thankfully showing me how to take down and reset the soft top, there was damage to the paint found on the frame (part covered by the top). Ready for your vehicle at the appointment time. Always polite. Should you need a loaner one is made available to you. That is why the last 7 vehicles I have purchased or leased were from Bob Ferrando Ford. And I am sure I will be ready for another car or truck it will be from Bob Ferrando Ford. If it is not broke do not fix it! Why should I buy elsewhere?

It was good. I was able to get my car in right away to get inspected. When dropping my car off the gentleman was friendly. When picking my car up the lady checking me out could have been a little more friendly. The only thing she said was sign here. No greeting or goodbye. I did not have any issue with my car so I did not really have a lot of interacting with the service team.

Shawn made the experience seem more like a meeting a friend than buying a car. And that changed the whole dynamics of dealing with a salesman!

Other than having to pay for a bolt broken by the tech, they did what was requested. They managed to put the wrong month inspection sticker on the vehicle and they had to come pick it up, take it back to the dealership and change it.

We noticed a large scratch on front bumper upon pickup after state inspection service. Notified manager immediately, said he would get back in touch in next two days , never did. Called the next week twice and finally notified me he had video footage that it did not happen there and would email video to me, never did. Not good management.

The whole transaction was really easy. Super good people there! I didn’t really get the financing I had hoped for because of the age and mileage on the truck but it wasn’t really the dealer’s fault.

Great dealership, very professional workers beside that there work is professional and done in a very reasonable time.

I was missing a bolt on the steering stabilizer after it was replaced under a recall. I had a coolant leak I found after it was dripping from the frame rail and created a puddle. No one told me that it had a coolant leak. I was told by the service writer that they don’t tell everyone everything that’s wrong with the vehicle. I was disappointed that the high mileage was not mentioned, that there were 3 previous owners, and that there is no remote control. I'm hoping that management will install the remote control. I have a coat and gloves but the dogs have to get into a very cold car. I think that it should have been included for the price of $13,000
