Outside of the dealership, Shawn enjoys spending quality time with his wife and daughter, along with their two small dogs. As a family, they love skiing, camping, and making the most of the outdoors together.

Devin has been part of the Bob Ferrando team for over five years and truly loves what he does. He enjoys working with every customer who walks through the doors and is committed to making each car-buying experience both fun and professional. Devin takes pride in creating a smooth, positive process from start to finish.
Keaton Chase is passionate about helping his customers find the perfect vehicle to fit their needs and lifestyle. When he’s not at the dealership, you’ll likely find him outdoors — fishing, hunting, and enjoying everything nature has to offer. Keaton brings that same patience, focus, and dedication to every customer experience, making the car-buying process easy and enjoyable from start to finish.
Starting his journey at Bob Ferrando Ford in 1982, he dedicated nearly four decades to helping lead the dealership with integrity, passion, and an unmatched knowledge of the automotive industry. After serving as General Manager for many successful years, he officially retired in 2019 — but retirement didn’t last long!
Today, he still works a couple of half days each week, continuing to handle new vehicle inventory orders from Ford Motor Company — a responsibility he has managed and mastered for over 40 years. His experience and instincts when it comes to ordering the right vehicles for our customers are second to none.
He is married to his wife Nancy, and together they have built a beautiful family that includes a son, two daughters, and several grandchildren. When he’s not at the dealership, he enjoys traveling with Nancy and spending as much time as possible with his children and grandchildren. Family has always been at the center of everything he does — both at home and here at the dealership.
His legacy, leadership, and continued dedication remain an important part of Bob Ferrando Ford’s story.
